This toothed tire‑trimming blade is a dedicated shearing component for post‑processing of tires. It features integrally‑formed multi‑tooth serrated edges processed by precision grinding and heat treatment. The serrated profile continuously cuts rubber flash and burrs, delivering clean cuts and minimizing rubber tearing and stringing. Distinct front‑and‑back structure: one side is functional serrated cutting edge, the other is flat mounting base for stable fixture positioning. Multiple alloy tool‑steel grades are available. Customization on tooth profile and overall dimension is supported for various tire‑trimming machines, removing excess rubber flash after tire molding, and also suitable for deburring other rubber products.
