Mingbai Machinery Tool Technology: Concentrated Shipments in Late July, Fully Committed to Delivering Customer Orders

July 15, 2026

Under the scorching July sun, the factory of Mingbai Machinery Tool Technology Co., Ltd. was bustling with intense activity. From July 13 to 14, the company concentrated shipments for three consecutive days, dispatching a total of over 1,400 pieces of slitter shear blades, alloy blades, stainless steel blades, high‑precision circular knives, and various custom‑made industrial blades to Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Chongqing, and overseas markets including Germany, Vietnam, and Thailand. This marks the fourth batch of concentrated shipments this month, with single‑week shipment volume reaching a new high for the second half of the year, fully demonstrating the company's strong production organization and order delivery capabilities.

Finished Goods Warehouse with Multiple Categories

Multiple Categories Shipped Simultaneously, Strong Demand for Alloy and Stainless Steel Blades Continues

Among the products shipped this time, alloy blades and stainless steel blades accounted for nearly 50%. Among them, alloy blades featuring nano‑composite coating technology, with their excellent wear resistance and red hardness, are widely used in heavy‑duty slitting applications such as automotive parts and precision bearings. High‑precision stainless steel circular knives, thanks to their good corrosion resistance and edge stability, continue to sell well in food packaging, medical materials, film slitting, and other industries. The head of the sales department said, "Entering the second half of the year, orders for alloy blades and stainless steel blades remain strong, with some product lines already scheduled into mid‑August."

Scientific Production Scheduling Ensures Parallel Processing of Multiple Categories

Facing the pressure of diverse types, multiple specifications, and concentrated delivery dates, Mingbai's production department planned ahead and scheduled production scientifically. The alloy blade production line, stainless steel blade production line, and slitter shear blade dedicated line all operated efficiently at the same time. Key equipment such as CNC grinding machines, machining centers, and vacuum heat treatment furnaces ran at full capacity. Front‑line workers worked in two shifts to ensure tight coordination between every process. The production manager noted, "Recently, the proportion of custom‑made blade orders has continued to rise, and customers have become more stringent about delivery times. By optimizing production scheduling and parallel processing, we have effectively shortened the production cycle while ensuring precision."

Strict Quality Control – Every Piece Stands Up to Inspection

While shipment volume increased, Mingbai always adhered to the principle of "quality first." The quality control department performed full inspections on all outgoing products, from dimensional accuracy and cutting edge sharpness to surface finish, strictly matching every parameter to customer drawing requirements. A batch of alloy blades destined for Chongqing just passed the final inspection on a hardness tester and an optical measuring instrument, and the quality inspector signed the inspection report. Stainless steel blades additionally underwent random salt spray testing to ensure their corrosion resistance met standards. Every batch of goods comes with a detailed inspection report, giving customers peace of mind upon receipt and satisfaction in use.

Busy and Orderly Shipping Operations

The finished goods warehouse shipping area was bustling. Forklifts shuttled back and forth as pallets were neatly arranged. Workers scanned, checked, packed, and applied labels to each item according to the packing list. Stainless steel blades for Guangdong, slitter shear blades for Shandong, alloy blades for Jiangsu, custom circular knives for overseas markets – various products were stacked in designated areas, waiting to be loaded. Multiple logistics trucks and containers were being loaded simultaneously on site, with clear division of labor and seamless coordination to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.

Going All Out to Achieve Second‑Half Targets

While visiting and comforting front‑line employees, the company's general manager said, "The efficient completion of July's shipment tasks is the result of the collective efforts of all Mingbai people. The continued growth in orders for high‑end products such as alloy blades and stainless steel blades reflects customer recognition of our technical expertise and delivery capabilities. We will continue to uphold the philosophy of 'quality first, customer foremost,' and use excellent products and on‑time delivery to let every customer feel Mingbai's sincerity and professionalism." Next, the company will further optimize the production processes for multi‑material blades and go all out to achieve the second‑half business targets.
