Mingbai Machinery Tool Technology Conducts Special Work Safety Training to Strengthen the Lifeline of Enterprise Development

July 08, 2026

To thoroughly implement the work safety policy of "safety first, prevention foremost, comprehensive management," and to further enhance safety awareness and emergency response capabilities among all employees, Mingbai Machinery Tool Technology Co., Ltd. recently organized a two‑day special work safety training session. More than 80 front‑line employees from the production workshop, equipment maintenance team, warehousing and logistics department, and quality control center participated in the training in batches. Combining theoretical instruction, case study warnings, practical drills, and on‑site assessments, the training comprehensively strengthened employees' safe operation skills and risk prevention awareness, building a solid safety foundation for the stable production of the company's slitter shear blades, alloy blades, stainless steel blades, and circular knives.

Emergency Evacuation Drill

Theoretical Instruction: Embedding Safety Knowledge Deeply

On the first day of the training, the company invited a certified safety engineer to deliver a special lecture. The course content closely aligned with the characteristics of the machining industry, covering six major modules: work safety laws and regulations, machinery operation safety procedures, electrical safety knowledge, hazard identification and risk control, occupational health protection, and emergency response procedures. The instructor used numerous real accident case videos to analyze in detail the causes and preventive measures for common accidents such as mechanical injuries, electric shocks, and fires. Participants watched attentively and took careful notes. The shocking accident footage made everyone deeply understand that "violating procedures is equivalent to inviting accidents." An experienced operator from the grinding department remarked, "Many operating details we take for granted. After seeing these cases, I realize that hazards are right beside us. We must strictly follow procedures from now on."

Practical Drills: Building Real Emergency Skills

After the theoretical training, the company organized hands‑on drills on fire extinguisher use, emergency evacuation, and first aid in the factory open area. The safety officer first demonstrated the correct operation of a dry powder fire extinguisher – "pull, aim, squeeze, sweep" – and then participants practiced in groups. During the emergency evacuation drill, as the alarm sounded, employees from each workshop quickly and orderly evacuated along designated routes to the assembly point, taking only 2 minutes and 30 seconds in total. In the first aid drill, employees took turns practicing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bandaging and hemostasis techniques. Through firsthand experience, employees gained a more intuitive grasp of emergency response procedures.

Rigorous Assessment: Ensuring Training Effectiveness

To ensure that the training was not merely a formality, all participants took a closed‑book examination after the training, covering safety operating procedures, risk identification methods, and emergency response essentials. The pass rate was 96%; those who did not pass will receive remedial training. Meanwhile, the company's safety management department conducted a special safety inspection of the production workshop after the training, focusing on key areas such as machine guards, emergency stop devices, and electrical wiring. A total of seven hazards were identified and rectified, with each assigned a responsible person and a deadline for correction. The safety management head said, "The purpose of training is not just to let people know, but to make them act. We will continue to conduct follow‑up inspections to ensure that the training outcomes translate into practical actions."

Safety Culture: From "I Am Told to Be Safe" to "I Want to Be Safe"

In his training summary, the company's general manager pointed out, "Safety is the lifeline of the enterprise. Without safety, nothing else matters. Mingbai must not only excel in product quality but also in work safety." He called on all employees to integrate safety awareness into their daily work, adhering to the principle of "do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, do not be hurt by others, and protect others from being hurt." The head of the company's safety committee also emphasized that work safety is a long‑term endeavor. The company will continue to improve its safety management system, conduct regular training and drills, and increase safety investment to provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment.

This special work safety training has further strengthened the safety red‑line awareness and emergency response capabilities of Mingbai employees. Going forward, Mingbai will continue to pursue the goal of "zero accidents, zero injuries" and safeguard the company's high‑quality development with more robust safety management.
