May 29, 2026

In the last week of May, the factory of Mingbai Machinery Tool Technology Co., Ltd. was bustling with activity. From May 28 to 29, the company concentrated shipments for three consecutive days, dispatching a total of over 1,300 pieces of slitter shear blades, alloy blades, stainless steel blades, high-precision circular knives, and various custom-made industrial blades to Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong, Zhejiang, and overseas markets including Germany and South Korea. With the smooth dispatch of these orders, the company's May shipment task was successfully concluded, with total monthly shipments exceeding 4,000 pieces, setting a new monthly record for the year so far.

Multiple Categories Shipped Simultaneously, Alloy and Stainless Steel Blades Stand Out

Among the products shipped this time, alloy blades and stainless steel blades accounted for more than 40%. Alloy blades, with their excellent wear resistance and red hardness, are widely used in heavy-duty applications such as metal rolling and precision slitting. Stainless steel blades, thanks to their good corrosion resistance and edge stability, are highly favored in food packaging, medical materials, film slitting, and other fields. The head of the sales department said, "As downstream industries continue to raise their requirements for blade materials, custom orders for Mingbai's alloy blades and stainless steel blades have grown steadily, becoming an important growth driver for the company."

Scientific Production Scheduling Ensures Parallel Processing of Multiple Categories

Facing an order structure with diverse types, multiple specifications, and concentrated delivery dates, Mingbai's production department planned scientifically and coordinated scheduling. The alloy blade production line, stainless steel blade production line, and slitter shear blade dedicated line all operated efficiently at the same time. Key equipment such as CNC grinding machines, machining centers, and vacuum heat treatment furnaces ran at full capacity. Front-line workers worked in shifts to ensure tight coordination between every process. The production manager noted, "Blades of different materials require different heat treatment and grinding processes. By adopting separate production lines and assigning dedicated personnel to dedicated machines, we have both ensured efficiency and maintained consistency in quality."

Strict Quality Control – Every Piece Stands Up to Inspection

While shipment volume increased, Mingbai always adhered to the principle of "quality first." The quality control department performed full inspections on all outgoing products, from dimensional accuracy and cutting edge sharpness to surface finish, strictly matching every parameter to customer drawing requirements. A batch of alloy blades destined for Shandong just passed the final inspection on a hardness tester and an optical measuring instrument, and the quality inspector signed the inspection report. Stainless steel blades additionally underwent random salt spray testing to ensure their corrosion resistance met standards.

Busy and Orderly Shipping Operations – Containers and Trucks Work Side by Side

The finished goods warehouse shipping area was bustling. Forklifts shuttled back and forth as pallets were neatly arranged. Workers scanned, checked, packed, and applied labels to each item according to the packing list. Slitter shear blades for Jiangsu, alloy blades for Guangdong, stainless steel blades for Zhejiang, custom circular knives for overseas markets – various products were stacked in designated areas, waiting to be loaded. Multiple logistics trucks and containers were being loaded simultaneously on site, with clear division of labor and seamless coordination.

Going All Out to Live Up to Customer Trust

While visiting and comforting front-line employees, the company's general manager said, "The successful completion of May's shipment tasks is the result of the collective efforts of all Mingbai people. The growth in orders for high-end material blades such as alloy blades and stainless steel blades is a recognition of our technical expertise by our customers. We will continue to uphold the philosophy of 'quality first, customer foremost,' and use excellent products and on-time delivery to give customers peace of mind." Next, the company will summarize the experience from May, optimize the production processes for multi-material blades, and fully prepare for the peak production season in June.
